Arsenal Academy have reached the final of the competition three times, winning the competition in 2014 and 2016. They last reached the final in 2017, before suffering a 4-0 defeat to Bristol City Academy.

The Foxes are currently unbeaten so far this season, winning 14 of their 16 matches in league and cup so far in 2018/19.

Speaking to LCWFC TV, Reserves Manager Leah Grant said: “The girls are excited for this draw. It’ll be interesting to see how arsenal prepare and play given they have had a lot more time together as a squad.

“It’ll be good to give the girls a taster of the next level of women’s football for sure.”

Further details on both fixture will be released in due course.
